HRC RESPONDS TO U.S. SUPREME COURT RULING IN TRUMP V. VANCE : Yesterday, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Trump v. Vance and granted New York state prosecutors potential access to President Trump’s tax returns in a landmark decision over presidential immunity from criminal proceedings. “Today’s Supreme Court decision in Trump v.
